PhD position in options for increasing supply-chain transparency and coping with negative environmental and socio-economic impacts of metals consumption

  • how improved CSR measures interact with initiatives of civil society stakeholders;
  • the feasibility of measures that are similar to carbon or biodiversity offsets;

The PhD candidate will also study the price implications, feasibility, and acceptability of various policy instruments.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled candidate with a social sciences background, expertise in quantitative methods, and familiarity with survey design and analysis as well as with experimental approaches.
