Max Morel

Max Morel is a senior lecturer at NADEL. Before joining NADEL, Max was Director of Operations/COO for the Swiss journalism and media NGO Fondation Hirondelle from 2018 to 2022. During his tenure, Fondation Hirondelle doubled its program volume by supporting outstanding media organizations as well as providing humanitarian responses to the Covid pandemic and the war in Ukraine.

Previously, Max held several positions for Médecins du Monde (Doctors of the World), most recently as Executive Director in Switzerland. His formative professional experiences were with Médecins sans Frontières (Doctors without Borders) in Asia and Africa. Max holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the IEP in Paris, and a Bachelors in International Affairs and Religious Studies from the University of Colorado.
